Annual Maintenance Contract
We undertake operational and maintenance exciting DG set supplied by us or any other agency.
The maintenance contract can be with or without spares on annual basis and cater to the service we have a big team of 20 to 25 trained service engineers available 24×7
The scope of work
- Cleaning of Engine & Alternator
- Air Filter element check & clean
- Check condition & tension of V belt
- Check for any Leakages
- ‘B’ checks for Engine & Alternator
- Check & Tighten nuts/bolts if necessary
- Check Engine Oil & replace if necessary
Services
- Refurbishing of installing & working DG Sets, UPS & Inverters
- Maintenance of DG Sets, UPS & Inverters
- Maintaining minimum stocks of Spare Parts
- Monthly logging parameters like Temperature, current drawn by motors, cleaning pressure, Oil Temp, etc.
- Preparing maintenance schedule for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Planning & execution for annual shut down
- Emergency services during any breakdown
